Product & what's live
What does Hughes do?
Hughes is an AI teammate for credit unions. It works credit-bureau disputes end to end — investigated by AI, with a human sign-off on every decision — and answers questions about your portfolio with grounded, source-traceable analytics. Both run on one connection to your data.
What's live today, and what's on the roadmap?
The Disputes and Intelligence workflows are demoable today — reports, dashboards, trust/data and the dispute case workflow are built out. Additional modeling (deposit pricing, CECL, marketing, churn) is on the roadmap and marked as such on the Intelligence page.
Is the demo running on real data?
No. The public demo runs entirely on synthetic data for a fictional credit union — no real member or account data. When you come onboard, Hughes connects to your data only after a security review.
Security & data
How does Hughes access our data?
Hughes reads your data in your own Snowflake account — it never leaves your cloud. For anything that changes a system, Hughes drafts the correction and the audit trail; your team commits it. The full picture is on the Security page.
Does Hughes write to our core?
No. Hughes holds no write keys. It drafts the correction and the audit; your team commits it in e-OSCAR and your core, so the bureaus and the core stay in sync. You stay the furnisher of record.
Where does our data live, and who can see it?
In your own account — Hughes runs against it and never copies it out. Access is least-privilege and scoped per workflow, and every query is logged. We'll walk your information-security team through the data flows before any real data is connected.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 are on our roadmap, and Hughes is built to align with FFIEC and NCUA examination expectations and GLBA safeguards. We'll share our current controls and timeline with your vendor-risk team under NDA.
Deployment & support
How long does it take to go live?
The target is under 30 days — a read-only connection to your Snowflake and a governed model in the first weeks, with your security review running in parallel. The week-by-week is on the Service model page.
Do we have to replace our core or LOS?
No. Hughes is additive — it sits alongside Symitar, Origence, your warehouse and the rest of your stack. Nothing is ripped out, and there's no parallel data warehouse to maintain.
What kind of support do we get?
24×7 whiteglove support that does the work — when your team needs a new view, metric, model or change to a dispute workflow, ours builds it with you instead of filing a ticket.
